  I was asked to pull forward and wait for coffee, so I asked for a refund instead. The girl at the window got her shift leader. He said he couldn't refund me. Really?? And insisted I pull forward. I get frustrated and insist that I'm refunded. He then proceeds to give me a life lesson about how I'm not a happy person and don't need to "treat them like animals".....? Wtf?? I just want my money back for something they weren't ready to sell me....I was so disappointed. I truly believe this guy has a chip on his shoulder and took a weird ass power/ego trip. His name was Jose. Even after he eventually refunded me, he told me to have a better life ... uh...my life is pretty great, Jose, thanks though....such a weirdo

  If you like being greeted through the drive-thru by someone unpleasantly asking "What do you want?" before saying "hi!", "How are you today?" or even "Welcome to McDonald's." then this is the place for you!
  
  Last time I went there, the employee at the drive-thru was so unpleasant I just asked him to cancel my order then I left.
  
  To add to the unfriendliness of the team member, he told me I couldn't order lemonade through the drive-thru... so I asked for a root beer instead... and he told me I couldn't order that either. When I asked what I could order he raised his voice and said "coke products". Not sure the reasoning behind that but it was enough to make me not want to go to that location again.
