  please coach your staff on their phone skills. either i get a high pitched squeal after a few rings, or your staff just hangs up. i get it if you are busy at the moment. try asking customers to hold a minute. hearing you talk and then having the phone slammed down is not a good experience. you should not really ever be too busy for a customer.

  My wife and I walked in knowing more or less beforehand what we wanted. We approached the counter where they were preparing the pizzas and asked the guy there if they had Gluten-free pizzas. He said that they did and came in medium. We then looked over the menu and stood in front of the counter that says Place Your Order. We waited about 30 seconds while the 5 visible employees (I think another one was in the back because an employee from the from walk talking with someone I couldn't see) didn't even acknowledge us. I said to my wife if no one would at least acknowledge us we were just gonna leave. At least 30 seconds went by, from the analog clock on the wall, no one even acknowledged us so we left.
  
  We went to the Domino's in Centerville where I could only see 3 visible employees, we approached the menu and someone immediately walked over and welcomed us in and asked what he could make for us.

  I was dying of thirst and needed water, the kind employee working the front desk bought me a drink out of his own money. So kind!!
